TYVA Energie develops and manufactures sustainable and modular lithium batteries on its production site in Annonay, Ardèche (France). Our various ranges are adapted to your needs and allow you to choose the most suitable product in terms of weight, shape and power. Our second range Moduloo Ax is the lightest battery on the market allowing high efficiency, designed in a sheet-of-paper with various formats: A5, A5+, A4 and A4+.
Our Flat & Kube is made up of our biggest batteries which have an exceptional energy density.
Our Moduloo Ex range is made up of powerful and ergonomic portable power stations. They are designed to bring flexibility to professionals for the powering of their applications.
LX Ion provides you with its expertise and know-how, accompanying you for all your lithium cell needs, including lithium-ion batteries in 12V / 24V / 48V configurations, and custom lithium battery packs. Our assembly capabilities, located in France within an ISO 9001 certified facility, enable us to meet high production volumes.
Our BMS range is developed internally by our Research Unit and is specially designed for TYVA Energie’s products, ensuring their safety as well as the management and communication of your batteries.
The Battery Management System (BMS) is the electronic card controlling the battery’s state in real time and protecting it against any risks, which makes it the most important element composing our lithium batteries. Our smart BMS cards are light, compact and also modular to ensure our batteries’ security according to a Master/Slave typology. They are fully developed by TYVA Energie’s Engineers composing our Research Unit.
The Gateway developed by TYVA Energie allows the simultaneous monitoring of 2 to 10 lithium batteries in parallel.
In order to give you even more possibilities to conceive your custom modular battery solution, we have developed the Gateway CAN which is compatible with the entire TYVA Energie batteries’ range. This remotely controlled tool allows the simultaneous monitoring of 2 to 10 lithium batteries in parallel for discharge and charge phases. It comes with 4 operating modes as well as many personalized functions according to needs.
Our PDU range designed by TYVA Energie’s Engineers is made up of compact electronic cards allowing the electronical protection of your lithium batteries.
The PDU (switch box) is an essential lithium batteries’ component communicating directly with the BMS. It applies the instructions it receives from the BMS through electric controls towards the battery to ensure its safety. TYVA Energie develops and offers 2 types of PDU to accompany our batteries which both respond to specific tension and voltage.
Our batteries’ ranges adjust to your needs. Our Moduloo 3D range offers you the flexibily to build a quick and economic 3-dimensions solution. Our Moduloo Ax range gives you the possibility to connect several batteries in series or parallel thanks to its ultra compact designs.
Since TYVA Energie’s creation in 2013, our entire range of batteries includes the TYVA Refill cell replacement patented technology. Thereby, every single battery component can be reused to guarantee products with a constant energy level as well as infinite life batteries. We focus on cells conversion and recycling, mostly by using NMC chemistry, to promote the circular economy and thus reduce our carbon footprint to its maximum.
Moduloo Ax and Flat & Kube lithium batteries’ core packs are the most compact and lightest on the market. It is possible thanks to their thin format and high energy density, only 245 Wh/kg for a battery which makes them the most powerful lightweight batteries.
Our standard modular systems allows you to piece together series or parallel assemblies in a short timeframe without any development costs nor certificate. Our TYVA Refill solution guarantees you to save money in the long run. Furthermore, TYVA Energie offers the lightest and most compact lithium batteries on the market with an outstanding energy density of 245 Wh/kg only. It allows you to gain autonomy while saving energy.
TYVA Energie has elaborated the TYVA Pyro Protection solution (TPP) created by our Engineers to prevent fire propagation in our batteries. Cells are isolated from one another if an overheating occurs thanks to the presence of this technology in our core packs. Thus fire propagation is avoided and we limit the risks of accidents related to lithium.
TYVA Energie has developed the Ultrion technology. It benefits from an energy density 12 times higher than the LIC’s one. This technology ensures ultra-fast charges and discharges in the order of 50 C (current equal to 50 times the nominal capacity) in both phases. It also provides to batteries a longer lifetime higher than 10 year.
The Moduloo 3D compact battery was rewarded multiple times. It consists of a light and convenient core pack easy to integrate in any new product or existing system. The battery is modular which means it can be assembled in all 3 dimensions, connecting all core packs in series and in parallel to obtain the requested power and shape for a custom-made battery solution.
