The Moduloo Ax & Bx lithium battery range is designed to be powerful while remaining extremely compact. It is one of the lightest solutions on the market. This range is available in two product versions to adapt to all your integration constraints:

Moduloo Ax: The ultra-compact and lightweight solution, ideal for applications where weight and space are critical.
Moduloo Bx: The versatile, robust, rackable and IP65 solution.

Ready to use, these batteries are based on a common modular architecture. They are designed to operate standalone but also in series and parallel.

When required by the context, TYVA Energie develops solutions that adapt to your application constraints (underwater drones, land and aerial drones, autonomous robotics, electric mobility, etc.). To support the mobility of your equipment, the Moduloo Ax & Bx range has UN 38.3 certification, fully meeting carriers’ requirements. It is also compatible with TYVA Refill reconditioning technology. The cells are replaceable and recyclable, for an extended use of our eco-designed and eco-responsible batteries.

Moduloo Ax Standard version

The standard version consists of the lithium battery module integrated into a robust aluminum casing, which features a wide choice of finishing panels.

To allow for perfect use of the compact Moduloo Ax battery across all various application fields, its casing features an IP54 waterproof rating.

It is therefore protected against the smallest solid bodies like dust, as well as all liquids likely to alter its operation and use.

Finishing: IP54 aluminum casing
Service life: 700 to 5,000 cycles
(depending on temperature, DOD and operating power)
Discharge temperature: -20 °C to +60 °C
Charge temperature: 0 °C to +45 °C

Moduloo Ax Standard version specifications with “Energy” cells

The Standard Moduloo Ax versions use “Energy” cells for applications requiring low to medium discharge current (robotics, AGVs, electric vehicles, etc.). The maximum discharge current is 90 A for the most capacitive models.

For your applications requiring very high discharge currents (drones, tools, etc.), “Power” cells are available. We create custom solutions on request to adapt the power to your specific needs.

Moduloo Bx Standard version

The Moduloo Bx is the reinforced version of the Moduloo Ax. This product combines waterproofness and robustness, specifically designed for application fields operating in critical and extreme environments.

The Moduloo Bx stands out for its lightness and ergonomics. The range is designed with a compact casing that is resistant to shocks and vibrations, while also being waterproof (IP65).

Available in several versions, the Bx solution offers multiple integration options. These features provide it with great flexibility of use.
