TYVA Energie was invited from February 9 to 10, 2023 to the Micro Salon exhibition organised by the French association of directors of photography (AFC). The 10th edition of this event was held at the Parc Floral de Paris where all the market players were gathered to introduce their products and their innovations. On this occasion, TYVA Energie has unveiled for the first time ever its brand new range of portable power stations Moduloo Ex.
An entire filming using batteries, is that possible? In any case, it is the question which was asked during the round table organized by the AFC during the exhibition. TYVA Energie’s CEO Thierry Claudel was also invited to exchange with the other guest speakers who were able to share their opinion on the subject. It is a hot topic since it follows CNC‘s action plan (National Centre for Cinema and the Moving Image) introduced for a more eco-responsible sector. Indeed, it becomes necessary to replace power generators on film sets because of their major disadvantages. Lithium batteries represent an effective and greener sustainable alternative which doesn’t generate neither smoke emissions nor noise.
Through this action plan, the CNC pursues two goals. The first one is to accompany the industry to answer climate challenges. Finally, the purpose is to make it a driving force for our country ecology and energy conversion.

Unveiled in 2023, the brand new TYVA Energie range Moduloo Ex is made up of powerful and ergonomic solutions developed from the Moduloo Ax lithium batteries technology. There are two models of portable power stations: the PowerBox with 5 to 11 kWh of embedded energy, and the PowerCase with a power of 2 kWh. Both solutions are designed to answer specific energy needs. Products from the Moduloo Ex range are alternatives to power generators which are more environmentally friendly since they don’t require to use any fuel. They are also silent solutions in order to be used on film sets. Thus, TYVA Energie brings its lithium battery expertise to bear through this new range to propose its own sustainable and eco-responsible external energy source.
The PowerBox is a wheel moving solution with 5 to 11 kWh of embedded energy to answer important requirements of instant power. With its 70 to 110 Kg weight, the PowerBox is a consistent energy source which is also ergonomic thanks to its integrated handles and its 4 all-terrain wheels.
The PowerCase is an 2 kWh energy system which is easy to carry thanks to its reduced format and its 18 Kg weight only. Its compacity is one of its main assets such as its ease of use to answer energy needs in every situation as an on hand solution.
