High energy density lithium batteries Flat & Kube

The Flat & Kube lithium battery range is designed to offer the best trade-off between
integration constraints and energy density. The range is available in 4 standard packaging
to suit your needs:

Flat 7 & 12: Flat form factor, suitable for under-floor or wall-mounted integration.
Kube 7 & 12: Cubic form factor, suitable for cabinet or enclosure integration.

Available in 7 kWh and 12 kWh versions, the product range features an IP65-rated
enclosure as standard. Each product integrates TYVA Energie’s Corepack technology,
already proven on the Moduloo Ax, Bx and Ex ranges.
These solutions are engineered for seamless integration into complete systems (on-board energy storage, marine auxiliary power, etc.).
Beyond our standard offer, the Flat & Kube could easily be adapt to your specific requirements. Our engineering team can support you in designing a custom battery.

Tailored to your needs

When required, TYVA Energie develops solutions adapted to your application constraints (energy storage, offroad, defence, marine, electric mobility, etc.). To support your logistics, some Flat & Kube models are already UN 38.3 certified, fully meeting carrier requirements. The range is also compatible with the TYVA Refill reconditioning technology: cells are replaceable and
recyclable, extending the service life of our eco-designed batteries.

The Flat & Kube range is certified to RoHS, CE, UN 38.3* and IEC 62619** standards.

RoHS Certification

RoHS certification ensures that our lithium batteries do not contain any harmful chemical substances.

CE Certification

CE certification ensures that our lithium batteries comply with the requirements set out by European Community regulations.

*UN 38.3 Certification

Part of the Flat & Kube range is already UN 38.3 certified, ensuring safe, fast and cost-effective transportation.

**IEC 62619 certification if TPP is selected

This standard applies to lithium batteries used in systems for electric vehicles or residential and industrial energy storage systems.

Flat: Standard

Flat is the flat version of the Flat & Kube range. It combines power and high energy density to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications across multiple markets (defence, industry, marine, etc.).

Flat stands out with a form factor ideal for under-floor or wall-mounted integration.
Engineered with a robust aluminium enclosure, it offers excellent shock and vibration
resistance, as well as an IP65-rated enclosure.

Available in 25.55 V and 51.1 V versions, the standard Flat range comes in two energy levels: 7 kWh and 12 kWh.

Standard Flat: “Energy” cells

Standard Flat versions use “Energy” cells for applications requiring high discharge current (electric vehicles, agricultural vehicles, energy storage, etc.). The maximum discharge
current is 250 A.

Kube: Standard

Kube is the cubic version of the Flat & Kube range. It combines power and high energy
density to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications across multiple
markets (defence, industry, marine, etc.).

Kube stands out with a compact form factor, ideal for cabinet or enclosure integration.
Engineered with a robust aluminium enclosure, it offers excellent shock and vibration
resistance, as well as an IP65-rated enclosure.

Available in 25.55 V and 51.1 V versions, the standard Kube range comes in two energy
levels: 7 kWh and 12 kWh.
