01 Preliminary draft support

Customers requirements’ definition through phone exchanges, videoconferencing, emails
Specifications’ definition by the Commercial Unit, in accordance with customer demand
Feasibility study of the project by the Project Management Engineers

02 Technical specifications

Technical specifications writing by the Project Management Engineers in line with the final application
Project scoping according to needs and defined quote

03 Engineering design

Intervention of the Hardware and Software / Mechanical and Electrical Research Unit (draws, electronic cards routing, 3D printing for a fast prototyping, etc.)
Printing on aluminium case, moulding, folding, etc.
Completions and custom casing study

04 Industrialization & manufacturing

From prototype to medium series
Writing of the battery’s manufacturing file (wiring, operating method, etc.)
Automated line (for Moduloo Ax and Flat & Kube ranges)
Manual assembly and completions operations

05 Production output tests

Standard tests to ensure the proper functioning achieved by our Test Engineers
Custom tests adapted to the customer’s final application
Intensive tests and real-life situations (temperature, shocks, etc.)
100% of outgoing batteries tested and validated before shipping

06 Set-up and initiating

Receipt at TYVA Energie’s office or assistance at customer’s location according to chosen option and final application
Support and exchanges regarding the batteries’ starting up
Accompaniment through first product’s UAT
Assistance from the Research Unit’s Engineers and the Project Management Engineers

07 Support and assistance in France

Total control of the whole chain from designing to manufacturing that provides us perfect expertise of our products
Implementation of a dedicated customer service: phone, videoconference, FAQ, chat and ticketing

08 Battery reconditioning

Workshop dedicated to batteries’ reconditioning inside our production site
End-of-life cells’ replacement and recycling
Reconditioned batteries tests before shipping
